This calculator determines the Desloratadine dose for treating allergic reactions, using a concentration of Desloratadine 0.5 mg/mL, based on the patient’s age group:

Children 6 to 11 months: 2 mL (1 mg) po once daily
Children 1 to 5 years: 2.5 mL (1.25 mg) po once daily
Children 6 to 11 years: 5 mL (2.5 mg) po once daily
Children ≥12 years and adults: 10 mL (5 mg) po once daily

Once daily, with doses varying by age: 2 mL (1 mg) for 6–11 months, 2.5 mL (1.25 mg) for 1–5 years, 5 mL (2.5 mg) for 6–11 years, and 10 mL (5 mg) for ≥12 years and adults.
