Age 6 to 11 years: 5 ml (100 mg) to 10 ml (200 mg) po every 4 to 6 hours prn [Max 60 ml (1200 mg) per day]
Age 12 years and adults: 10 ml (200 mg) to 20 ml (400 mg) po every 4 to 6 hours prn [Max 120 ml (2400 mg) per day]
